Dear Friends and Supporters of the Seattle Labor Chorus,

We want to let you know that after 22+ successful and terrific years, Janet Stecher will be stepping down from her position as Music Director. We have had over 2 decades of wonderful performances, good music, fun, camaraderie, and solidarity together. Janet's energy, enthusiasm, vast knowledge of the labor community, labor history, and music will be missed. We wish her the best in her next endeavors.

We are planning a celebration of Janet's tenure with the Labor Chorus to take place in August or September. We will announce the time and place of the event once the plan is complete.

Seattle Labor Chorus is posting job descriptions for an Interim Music Director and an Administrative Coordinator to continue the work of the chorus into the future.
