Quilt Raffle

Quilt raffle - 7:30 pm

Every year we raffle off a beautiful quilt handmade by Susan Gordon, one of our members and our co-chair.

Each square on the quilt comes from a union T-shirt. Buy a ticket and you have a chance of winning a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece of labor art and supporting our mission at the same time.
We aren't currently set up to take money over the internet, but all of our members are selling tickets and if you send a check requesting raffle tickets to
PO Box 17961 Seattle, WA 98127
with your name, address, phone number, and email (so we can contact you when you win!) we'll fill out the proper number of tickets for you. $5 each, or 3 for $10. You can also buy tickets from us at any of our gigs. Need not be present to win!

The winner of our 6th Annual Quilt Raffle was Lynn Marie Smith, who gave us "Part Time Worker" and "We Need a Contract" . She was thrilled. The chorus sang her a little song even though we woke her up in Detroit. We raised about $2200 to support the chorus and we thank all of you who took a chance on the quilt and supported our work. Look for next year's quilt in February.
